Shipping Policies
Domestic Orders (USA)
All Domestic orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail; transit time is usually 1-3 business days. We sometimes use Fedex ground for larger orders; transit time is usually 1-3 business days.
International Orders
All international orders ship via USPS First Class International (2-4 weeks). We now prepay duties and taxes for orders to Canada. For all other international orders, we are not responsible for paying any fees that accrue at customs such as duties, importing fees and taxes. We will provide a tracking number for your order, but it may not update in the same detail once after leaving the U.S.Shipping Protection & Policies
We offer an option of SavedBy package protection, which we especially recommend for international orders or high value orders. This protection service will cover any package replacements due to lost, damaged, or stolen packages as well as other scenarios like wrong address or return to sender. If you have added this protection, you can submit package claims at this link: https://customer.savedby.io/
For those that do not opt into the package protection, we will still do our best to assist you at info@apoterra.com, but some scenarios may not be covered or may require additional shipping costs to resolve.
Returns/Exchanges

We're happy to provide personalized support and skincare advice, in the hopes of helping you achieve your skin goals.

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt. We’ll be happy to offer you either a full refund (minus shipping charges) or store credit for the amount paid.* To initiate a return, simply complete our return form within 30 days. Once we receive the returned product, we’ll process your refund or credit promptly.
*Please note: Due to repeated misuse of our return policy, returns must meet the following criteria to qualify for a refund or store credit: Product must be at least 75% full, returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order, and if your order included free items, your refund may be adjusted to reflect the value of those items if they are not returned.
