// Domestic orders (USA):
All Domestic orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (transit time is usually 1-3 business days).
All international orders ship via USPS First Class International (2-4 weeks). We now prepay duties and taxes for CANADIAN orders. For all other international orders, we are not responsible for paying any fees that accrue at customs such as duties, importing fees and taxes. Please read important information about shipping internationally below.
Returns/Exchanges
Not happy with your products and/or results? We encourage you to reach out to our customer service team (which includes licenced estheticians) for product and skincare advice via info@apoterra.com. We're happy to provide personalized support and skincare advice, in the hopes of helping you achieve your skin goals.
If you are still not happy, we have a 30 day money back guarantee. We promise to deliver high-quality products, in good condition, to your door. If, for any reason, your purchase is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money* (excluding delivery charges). Simply return your merchandise with the original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. We promise to process your request in a timely manner. *Due to frequent abuse of our 30 day policy, we have had to update our terms. Upon receiving returned product, we will offer you a store credit for the amount you paid for the item(s) returned, or a refund for the amount you paid, excluding delivery charges. If your order included any free items, your refund value may be adjusted to reflect the value of any free items that you keep. To qualify for a refund, the refund request should be made within 30 days of receipt, and returned product must be 75% or more full of the original product/formula.
