Log into your Apoterra account. Once logged into your account, click on "Loyalty" to view your points balance, tier level, and to claim rewards.

To redeem your points, log into your Apoterra account and claim a reward based on your point balance. This will generate a discount code, which you can then enter at checkout to apply your reward.

Points do not expire as long as your account remains active.
