A better understanding of what may work for you and your skin long-term. This also helps you take away the pressures of figuring out your skincare routine on your own. Our skin pros will help collaborate with you by taking into account your needs, wants, and goals for your skin.

As a sustainably conscious small business, we want to reduce waste as much as possible. Oftentimes a little guidance can help prevent the need for a return and a skin crisis is averted. We believe that this type of guidance needs to be accessible to everyone, especially if you’re new to Apoterra.

An esthetician is a licensed skin health professional who has trained to examine and treat different skin conditions and help achieve optimal skin health.

Anyone can benefit from the personalized approach a consultation with a skin care professional can provide. Here are some examples:
- You’re new to Apoterra skincare and want to learn more about how to use our products.
- You’re transitioning from conventional and/or prescription skincare to all natural skincare and need help getting started.
- You’re currently experiencing changes in the skin where your existing routine is not working as well as you had hoped.
- You’re experiencing a different stage of life (recently pregnant, moved to a new city, recently diagnosed with a skin condition, etc.)

All you need to get started are the following:
- Access to a computer or smartphone
- Stable internet connection
- An email address
- A video camera via your phone or desktop (this is optional - camera can be turned off if preferred)

Prior to both our 15-minute and 45-minute consultations, you will need to fill out a brief questionnaire about your skin health concerns and goals. This information will be reviewed prior to the start of your consultation by your licensed esthetician. All information will be held confidential.

Only upon consent of the customer would a consultation be recorded. If a recording does take place, it will only be shared with the customer’s records and not used for any other purpose in order to protect the privacy of the customer.
