Cleanse We don't usually recommend cleansing in the morning with a conventional cleanser, especially for dry skin. Your skin does not need a deep cleanse in the morning, and over cleansing can disrupt the acid mantle and skin microbiome - which can cause dry skin. Instead we recommend using a PH balanced toning mist and cotton pad. This method is gentle and refreshing, but does not strip the skin of natural oils. Try our Rose Hydrating Tonerwhich we make with rose water, hyaluronic acid and rooibos tea. This rose water toning mist is more hydrating than a simple rose mist and is also rich in antioxidants.
Moisturize For your night moisturizer, we recommend trying our Night Regenerative Balm. This balm will alleviate any dryness, repair your skin barrier, and also help minimize premature aging (my must have for winter months!)
2-3X PER WEEK
We recommend using a weekly exfoliating mask 2-3x per week to address dryness and promote healthy cell renewal. Use our Hibiscus Exfoliating Mud which will gently exfoliate with fruit acids :) Our favorite way of using this mask is to apply before we get in the shower, and then rinse it off as our last step. Makes it easier to fit in the day, and makes no mess!
Optional: 1-2x per month, do a facial steam using ourHerbal Detoxifying Steamto deeply hydrate and detox the skin. A facial steam is also at clearing the sinuses and the mind.
